Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My experience with a Means technician was good. He.was very prompt and friendly. He checked the problem and solved it and repaired a toilet while here.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My plumbing problem was a blockage in the pipes from my sink down to the main pump. He used the automatic and powerful snake machine to correct it.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Mark was great! He efficiently cleared the clog, explained why it happened and suggested next steps. Since the next steps were beyond Bob Means Plumbing capacity, he recommended where to turn.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Kudos to Dave Messmer,
Dave did a great job fixing my drain and, even better, had a clear plan in place if the problem comes back. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and thoughtful in how he explains things. I highly recommend him.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I woke up this morning to NO water. By 11, Dave and Tori from Bob Means Plumbing arrived and proceeded to problem-solve. They went into the well and repaired the broken pipe and we’re finished by 1:45. Dave fixed the toilet that had been running for a couple of days free of charge. They were both friendly, competent and a pleasure to work with.
Adding to this post in December 2025, Julian fixed a leaking sink drain in minutes at minimal cost. This plumber is a retired person’s best resource.
